Tech, Prentice came to my late mother’s house in an attempt to get a 35+ year AC unit up and running. This was the 1st time that a service individual had to wait for me. I was told that he would arrive 9-10 am. Prentice was there at 9:01. Polite, respectful, cordial and efficient are the first words that come into mind. I was more than satisfied with his work. He was apologetic that he couldn’t guarantee the unit’s functionality due to its advanced age. There were no surprises and everything was explained to me in layman’s terms. The cost was fair based upon the time spent at the house, work completed and materials utilized. Thank you, Prentice!
