I also bought my sergers from them. They gave me so much background info and educated me on the machines. I highly recommend them!! -

Bob called me the day after I left it and told me what was wrong with it; then called the next day to tell me it was fixed! I was in shock! So fast and an extremely reasonable price. These people are A-#1. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
