This review is after using Terra Tile for the second time for some home renovations. The showroom has basically every option of tiles set up so you can see how it's going to look laid out in your home. Something you don't get at a big box stores maybe just a few of their cheapest options. You can't even get someone to help you in those stores. Sandy and Bill are very helpful and once you let them know what your vision is. They will put together so many options of what's new, modern and classic. But in the end you have to make the decision. If you need to make an order from the warehouse it comes every Friday and you have up to a certain time Thursday to get your order in for it to come the next day. Unless its custom they it can take a little longer. They are so easy to work and talk with and don't try and rush you off. So if you're looking for tile go here to Terra tile where they specialize in their product.
After visiting many stores shopping for a complete bath renovation, I was very overwhelmed with the many choices of tile type, color, size etc. After a negative experience at another local tile store, I thought I was never going to get the help and expertise I needed to make the right decisions. I then found Terra Tile. Bill and Sandy were kind, very patient and most of all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their help made the decisions so much easier. Once I placed my order, the product came in very quickly. They were also very helpful through the process when I needed a couple more of this and a few more of that! Thanks to Terra tile, I now have a bathroom that looks better than I ever could have imagined!!!
Sandi and Bill are awesome. They have the best selection and their displays were really helpful when I was having trouble deciding on a pattern for our bathroom tile. Sandi has incredible taste and was able to help me pick the best tile for our bathroom. Thank you!
