Significantly overpriced goods. Staff take advantage of the 2a market for all of NYS with excessively marked up goods, and they make it known to their customers that they prefer LEO. I've seen them many times at shows, and I don't understand why they go out of their way to do that. That said, I have been out to their physical business location several times and they have been mostly pleasant in those interactions. Unfortunately there aren't many options for 2a out this way.

I had a great experience on a recent visit to this shop. The guy at the register was friendly and professional. The store is small but it's laid out well. I knew what I was looking for and the items were easy to locate. For many items there were several choices from "top of the line" to budget friendly. This was my first time to the store and I'm sure I'll be back.
