Hand Therapy Associates of WNY, Troy Gibson CHT

I have to start by saying i had broken my wrist and had never been to physical therapy before, but man the folks at this office are AMAZING.
Understanding, skilled, professional, works around my crazy schedule, individual treatment specific to me, and very friendly. You really feel comfortable here, id give 6 stars if I could.

My experience with Troy and his staff terrific! They are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive. There is no doubt in my mind that they go above and beyond to help you recover from your injury and or surgery and help you prepare for challenges in your road to recovery. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience and would recommend their services to everyone!

Troy & Julie are incredible! When I started working with them, I had no movement or motion in my thumb. Today, I am ‘graduated’ and have almost full range of motion with minimal difficulties. They went above and beyond (gave me putty to work with at home, at home exercises, sensitivity practices). I would recommend them to anyone. Best PT experience I’ve ever had. I had a great experience here after my carpal tunnel release surgery. I am always skeptical of any kind of physical therapy as I've been to other places for treatment in the past. The exercises and stretches were easy and made a big difference in my recovery. I wasn't told I needed to keep coming back over and over again. I feel like they had me come in for just the right amount of treatments. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
