After over a year of looking for personal trainers on-and-off and never finding someone who seemed to fit my criteria, I finally stumbled upon Warren. I was looking for someone with strong experience and expertise, a good sense for how to avoid injuries, and the willingness to help a complete gym novice learn the fundamentals to improve his long term health.

With experience as a combat medic, a Masters degree in Health and Human Performance, and several additional certifications, Warren is highly trained and capable. He clearly guides you through each exercise and tailors sessions/at home workouts to your individual needs and goals. He also has been working hard on his app and website to provide additional options for maintaining your health at home. Having worked with him for a little over four months, I’ve seen dramatic increases in strength and energy inside the gym and out, and a noticeable increase in muscle size and definition.

Beyond that, he is a genuinely nice guy who makes you feel comfortable no matter what level of fitness you’re at. The location allows for private sessions in a fully stocked gym, and I’ve seen him work with men and women of all ages and body types with great success. I highly recommended Warren to anyone looking for guidance on how to improve their health and fitness!
