Hartloff Benefit Solutions has been very helpful and only a phone call away. They answer all of my questions regarding my health insurance without sitting on the phone waiting for the provider to answer. I’m very happy with them!!

We contacted Alan at Hartloffbenefits on 12/30 to see if he would be able to help us with our medical health insurance. We had recently took on a new Insurance over the one we had due to a merger that wasn't settled & I was afraid that my husband & I wouldn't have insurance. I received the book & our cards for our new insurance & realized that we were never given a PPO for us that was needed & requested for us as we live in NY 6 months & 6 months in TN for my husbands health. Reading the book I learned that we were responsible for a lot more out of pocket than we ever faced before & Alan said we really didn't have any insurance at all out of NY. Alan also told me that the merger was settled on 12/28. Fantastic news & we could go back & get the insurance we had. It was going to take Superman to get this accomplished, however I already found him & he worked so hard to figure this all out & all I had to do was to get our daughter to go over to our home in Hamburg NY & take a picture of our medicare cards & text them to me to Murfreesboro TN & then I texted them to Alan on the morning of 12/31/2022 & in 29 minutes he had our mission accomplished! He received confirmation & said we were going to be covered on 01/01/2023. You have no idea how relieved I was! My husband Don has many medical issues & I don't know what I would have done if something had happened & I was seeking help & wouldn't have had any insurance. Alan & his staff were so helpful & caring.

The staff at Hartloff Benefits have proven to be not only friendly, responsive and helpful, but also very knowledgeable, diligent and persistent when issues arose with changes in our health insurance coverage. I can't thank Marissa and team enough for their assistance in sorting through my options when I needed to make changes in coverage for our family, including our college-age children. Then, when issues arose with our provider, she and the team proactively got them resolved on a timely basis. Their customer service is impeccable! I highly recommend them!
