Zenner & Ritter Heating and Cooling

I have used Zenner & Ritter for over 30 years for heating and air conditioning installation and service. They a well established, well-run operation and can handle any job. They have always been prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

D'mitri has been their tech on the last two or three calls. He's courteous, knowledgeable, and will go the extra distance to explain what he's done, why he did it, and what he recommends clearly and transparently. As a customer I appreciate this.

The next week, Bill came out and did an evaluation, recommended a boiler, and prepared an estimate. Bill is a man who clearly loves his job and has appreciation and knowledge of the older hot water heating systems common in Buffalo. I'm confident that the boiler he recommended is the best choice for my house.

Got a quote for a generator (and chose to purchase). Brian was knowledgeable, did not try to upsell, and was willing to work with me on ways to get pricing under control. Got my estimate while he was sitting there. He was professional and I never felt like he had to rush out to the next estimate. Great experience all around.

Follow-up: they installed the generator today, and it went very smoothly. Very professional staff and very organized handling. I am very pleased with the whole product and experience.

Everyone should involved did very well. Bill did a great job of explaining what everything did and tailored a system to our home. Kurt did a great job of installing, explaining how things worked, and cleaned up thoroughly. I was impressed with the company’s thoroughness and professionalism on all levels. Assuming the furnace and AC hold up well and perform as expected, and all service is on par with the sales and installation, I am very satisfied with Zenner and Ritter.

Great work. Showed up early on a Saturday evening. A little pricey though.
