I took my Kirby in there and it had to be rebuilt, cleaned, parts replaced and they gave me the best deal and a discount on top of that! This will be the one and ONLY place I ever go for my vacuum needs! They are so helpful and friendly and walked me through everything they were going to do to make sure it was ok. Thank you guys sooo much! My Kirby works way better then it ever did and looks phenomenal! Thank you again!!

(February 19, 2022, 4:26 pm)Great service! I brought my vacuum to them after I killed it vacuuming up pine needles from my Christmas tree. They cleaned it out, replaced the air filters, put in a quality vacuum bag, and even cleaned the outside of it and removed all the ugly scuff marks. I felt like my vacuum went for a spa day and came back looking and working like it was brand new!

(May 1, 2021, 7:28 am)I wish there were more places like this one. I have a 20 year old hover conquest’s that still works beautifully. When it first started giving me trouble I excitedly went and bought a newer hover. I didn’t like it and returned it for a different model/brand twice. I finally decided to repair my original and have been doing it ever since! I’m so so so glad I didn’t toss it! Academy Vacuum is very knowledgeable, fair and helpful. Not pushy. Friendly old fashioned customer service. Can’t say enough about them. I’m on my way there this morning to rent a carpet cleaner!!
