All the employees and the whole establishment is amazing .
I just don’t like the spike on the rates every quarter it seems like.

Rebecca was friendly courteous and very prompt I was able to reserve at air control unit the first day I came in.

Every experience I've had with the personnel Rebecca and richard, has been outstanding. Their knowledgeable thorough and hard-working, I can't tell you how much I appreciate them.

CubeSmart was great! Communication was easy. I like that I could call and someone would answer the phone to help me. There was also always someone on property if I had an issue when I arrived. The email reminders for payment were very helpful as well. When there was a flood issue, Rebecca called and emailed me right away. Then, she walked to my unit with me and helped me with the process of starting a claim. She is wonderful. If I ever need storage again, I would definitely come back to CubeSmart.

Easy to use website. Super friendly once on site. They also Helped me swap units because I picked too small of a unit originally. Def would recommend.

Dr Stasiak is one of the best chiropractors in Western New York, his experience speaks for itself. I have never left his office feeling like my issue was unresolved. Highly recommend!
