“Ted and his Mom who run the business are two of the nicest people I have met in a very long time . Ted was recommended by a mutual friend. My wife was in need a of a vehicle as she was in an accident and totaled her SUV. Ted had a number of very nice vehicles on the lot . They were all pristine in appearance , my wife fell in love with a Jeep Cherokee Limited. The price was more than fair , and the SUV is just wonderful. “So I drove through a cloud of sand flies on River Road and after several days they were baked on. I went to the Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd. Amherst and after 2 trips through the bugs were laughing...Mike the manager to the rescue. He personally scrubbed them for 20 minutes and then personally power washed my vehicle in line for my 3rd wash. It came out 95% clean which at this point is pretty good. I still have 2 free washes coming so I'm good. Thanks Mike!!!”

“Great shop! My husband forgot his quick release plate for his tripod while packing for a trip. I called to see if they had one and unfortunately they did not but the gentleman on the phone said to stop in and they could see if something else that would fit. We made the quick detour and my husband was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. They found one that would work but it wobbled a little. The guy grabbed something and made a shim to hold it tight. Works perfectly! Great costumer service!”
