Really a nice place. My doctor is Dr. saeed and he makes me feel like family. He truly cares a lot about his patients. I also had a super friendly man who took my call I believe his name was George. He handled all my questions and assured me he would take care of the reason for my call. Any medical great place

WNY Medical on Broadway is absolutely amazing! Amy is very attentive to all of my needs and concerns. Anytime anything arises, they are able to get me in at a time that is convenient for me. Would recommend to all my family and friends who are looking for a quality primary care provider! Not only is my care provider great, but all of the staff is so welcoming and caring! I can’t say enough great things about them!

I have been a patient at WNY Medical on Broadway for many years. My first visit there as a new patient I saw Amy Munro PA, she made me feel so comfortable, welcomed, and at ease. She took her time with me and didn't rush through my appointment. I left that visit with her cell phone number, never has a Dr given me their number "just in case". The staff has always been very friendly and polite.

The staff at the Broadway office is polite, compassionate and professional. I have been a patient there for several years. I could not ask for a better provider than Amy Munro. She is honest and very care giving and will go out of her way for you.
