Very profession, welcoming, empathetic and easy to work with. Her dog had surgery there and we were absolutely 100% pleased with the encounter from start to finish. While she was there we had an emergency and staff worked with us to make sure that she was cared for and we were comfortable until we could get there to pick her up. She was up and running around within a few hours like nothing had ever happened. I was really Worried because she is very timid, but she was not traumatized in the least. They have to be exceptional to get those kind of results
Dr. Leach is the absolute best! She's been there for our best and worst days. She's kind, compassionate and truly listens to your concerns no matter how minor. Thank you for taking such good care of our babies! We're blessed to have found her!
I wish I could give them more stars. We go to a cat-only clinic for our cats and found this place by asking our vets there where they take THEIR dogs. They're that good. Extremely responsive and incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. They also stayed open late during a blizzard once because our dog was very ill. Just adore the whole staff.
Expensive but worth it. Dr. Has very good credentials from very high ranking University. She's very smart. They care about animals and want lifelong care for them exclusively. They charge a little more but once again your pets life is more important
The staff at Town & Country were able to remove all but four of my nine year old cat’s teeth—WNY has very few clinics with qualified veterinarians—but there were several complications, including a persistent infection that she has been on medication for for over more than six months now.
I was disappointed that when I originally called to let them know I thought something was wrong after surgery, they blew me off, telling me it was nothing.
I should have pressed the matter, but believed they knew what they were talking about.
I’m giving them four stars because my little tuxedo cat looks like she’ll come out the other side of this no worse for the ware.
It would have been five stars, but because they wouldn’t let me come in with her when I thought she had a fever, my husband had to fly back from Oregon when the house-sitter noticed she had suddenly stopped eating even though we left almost a moth after her surgery.
All in all, they did a good job, and now I know to push more when I think something’s wrong.
