(May 3, 2021, 3:29 pm)Rich was a very helpful counselor. I was right down the street doing substance abuse counseling and they had me going there multiple times a week for months and they just kept having me come back with no clear explanation of when it would end. I decided to switch, this was a better fit and he understood my needs as someone who works full time and was able to really address my mental health and substance abuse needs. It didn't feel like I was being pushed through like cattle.
