I wanted a new look for fall... And they did absolutely AMAZING work! 😍🍂 The staff were all so friendly and when I showed the stylist a photo of what I wanted, she matched it perfectly! Everything was explained to me throughout the entire process and she even helped me pick out the right shampoo and conditioner I'd need for home! I'll definitely be coming back here again soon when I'm ready for a different look! 🥰

I love this location of bangs next to wegmans. I'm so sorry I forgot the hair dressers name🤔.but she did my daughter's hair. Thankyou so much it looks fantastic 😊. We will be back and I also recommend for anyone. 💯🔥🔥

I went to Bangs to get some face framing highlights. All of my friends go to Jes at the losson road location, so I did the same thing! I showed Jes my inspiration picture and she worked off that. My hair turned out great! Then i about an hour after I got home, parts of my hair were changing colors- i asked for caramel/blonde in my hair and some parts were turning pink/orange! I contacted the salon and went back to have my hair fixed by Rachel. She was great too! After she fixed my hair and I got back home I realized my hair was very yellow and not at all what I originally wanted. I contacted Jes to let her know, and she was so sweet and apologetic. I felt horrible and like I was being THAT customer but i just wasn’t happy with the outcome of my hair. I went back in for a second time and Jes made it right! She was so kind and made me feel not as bad about having to come back twice. Was it a pain to come back in and have my hair fixed twice? Yes. Was it time consuming? Sure. Will I continue to go to Bangs because of the outstanding staff and their amazing work? ABSOLUTELY! They have made me a loyal customer and I’m so thankful they were so nice and understanding! Can’t wait for my next appointment with Jes! Thanks Jes you’re the BEST!
