(March 10, 2020, 12:49 pm)I was in a bit of a time crunch remodeling my son's bedroom. One day while riding by Custom Carpet Center on Walden I decided to stop in to get some pricing and some advice on a good carpet for a 10 year olds bedroom that wouldn't cost me too much.
Mike was extremely helpful. Not only did he save me time but he also saved me money by making a recommendation that was just right for what I needed.
The team that came to install the carpet was quick, efficient, and had great customer service! The entire team at this company worked with me to get this carpet scheduled and installed within a very short period of time and I couldn't be more thankful.
Even when there was a hiccup with the scheduling, the lady that answered the phone was extremely pleasant in spite of my sense of urgency.
To say that I'm a satisfied customer is an understatement.

Install crew showed up on time and introduced themselves in a friendly and professional manor. Install progressed rapidly and they kept me informed as we went. They cleaned up themselves and left within the estimated time they felt they would need upon arriving and assessing the project. Would highly recommend them.
