This is my go-to store. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and are quick to calm me down when I come in with a smashed phone or other issues. Christian is the man, second to none. Broke my phone before moving across country. Was in and out of the store with a new phone and a sweet deal on a tablet for a lot less than I thought I was going to have to pay. Christian made the transition to my new device seamless and effortless. I can't say anything about it that whole crew. Thank you again guys

I had a great experience, at the Metro located at2521 Walden Ave. I was waited on by their representative David. He was very courteous... extremely professional, and exhibited a extremely thorough knowledge of his craft. It was a pleasure to come into a store and be treated so well. I only wish other companies, would treat people this well...and this caring. As a result...I would definitely recommend/
refer other individuals to this Metro store.

David is Awesome, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, he LISTENS AND VERY VERY PATIENT. Very much an asset to the MAIN Corporate store. I've seen several Mgrs, supervisors, come through that store to wonder why he hasn't become a mgr or supervisor yet? With that being said... I really hope they acknowledge and utilize his skills and APPRECIATE the QUALITY of service he brings to assist Metro pcs customers,. The store and the company as a whole. Thank you AGAIN..
