After the doctor who has been treating me for severe dry eye and corneal erosions was unable to see me during a crisis (he was out of town and no one in the group he was with was available to see me) I found my way to Dr. Genovese. Her staff was kind, caring, and sympathetic. Dr. Genovese took her time with me, not only to be thorough with her examination but to explain everything to me in detail and make sure I was not in pain. I've continued to see her and during a second crisis she assured me she would be there for me, even if it meant she had to come in after hours to take care of me!!! When Dr. Genovese was out of town, she not only made sure she had someone else available to see me, she informed them of my history and what her recommendations were, and communicated with me through her office staff (who texted with her so the communication was immediate). I've never met a doctor in any field who was so dedicated to the care and comfort of her patients.
