Advance Glass

Did an excellent job replacing glass in window, also in an antique bookshelf door. Prompt service, kind and caring staff.

Brought my inside cracked 50 year old Pella “Double glazing panel insert” with metal frame and retaining clips to Advance Glass; was from original casement window for which Pella no longer makes replacement inserts, no longer repairs them, and other glass locations Pella service in Buffalo recommended will not repair. I was told by Pella service in Buffalo NY “too difficult to remove glass” and same comment by 2 large glass firms in area. Advance did an excellent job, fair price for time and materials required and much less expensive than replacing windows which are in otherwise great condition. Reinserted with perfect fit and seal. Definitely highly recommend if replacement glass for a Pella panel insert needed

We recently had a new shower door system put in our house replacing one we got from the box store about 10 years ago which never worked properly from the very beginning. We called my wife's cousin, who is a contractor about replacing it and he said, just go to advance glass because that's all they do. From Shannon and Trey in the showroom to Ralph coming out for the measurements, everybody was fantastic. I wasn't home when it was installed, so I don't know the names of the installers but my wife said they were very friendly and they did a great job. A perfect fit!! From customer service to final product, can't say enough on how great everything turned out. We had four pieces of glass cut for our dinning room table, with leafs, and kitchen table. Highly recommend Advance Glass and looking forward o using them on our next project.

Wow, what can I say? This is my second time utilizing Advance Glass for a Shower door, Justin was incredible, coming into my home promptly, and listened to my needs (I have a 2 year old) so needed some recommendations. In addition Mike and Matt who came to install it went the extra mile and were neat. They left the area as clean as they found it, and provided me some great directions, and just conversation, asking me about working from home as a teacher etc. This company's customer service, price and employees come second to none. They do incredible work at the best price, get the clear shield that goes over the glass, it's well worth the extra $130 (on my style) and helps keep the glass clean. From start to finish, incredible.
