I've bought several living room sets with Raymour and Flanagans and they've been very well made, beautiful, quality sets that have held up very nicely, for well over a decade. My daughter recently bought a full bedroom set and had to return it after delivery for several manufacturing issues. It was cheaply made , with several imperfections, and toxic chemical smells. Though we were sadly disappointed with this particular product, I was very impressed with their quick response to rectify the issue. I spoke with Luke and he was very accommodating and had superior customer service skills. They seem to care about their customers and don't just "throw you under the bus" because they've already made a good name for themselves. They understand that word of mouth matters and they don't want to sell inefficient, poorly made products, with their name attached to it. I respect that.
