What great service in one of the most difficult times in life. They made this experience so easy and comforting for my family and myself it almost unbelievable. Charlene walked us through the process step by step explaining everything along the way to ease any concerns. Very kind and helpful, but not robotic-like and still very human. They had snacks and water for people who felt lightheaded, and even let our family use a side room if we needed to sit and recuperate. They're also friendly and do have a good sense of humor about the name, I assure you. They also put up with a large portion of my extended family and their "shenanigans", which is a feat if anything. I'm usually not one for the type of interior in many funeral homes, but I did enjoy the coziness of this one, and the original artworks they had displayed. Thank you all for making a very arduous week end sweetly.
