Very Satisfied with the Services provided, the Plumbers where very nice and Walked me through the Process and made me aware of everything they where doing, my drain is now Repaired and it was Much Quicker than Expected and Now thanks too Musso I’m back taking 30 minute Showers 😁😁😁😁😁😁 1000% referring them for ALL PLUMBING NEEDS! The Musso service people did a great job replacing our sump pump. This installation started as an emergency call on Saturday. Sasha was at our house within an hour to deal with the issue. 3 other companies that advertise 24-hour emergency service either did not answer the phone (Cellino), return my call (Frank’s) or told me they could look at the emergency in 3 days (Roy’s Plumbing). On Monday, Musso replaced the pump. Sasha and James were efficient, on time and kept us updated while they worked. We will definitely call Musso in the future.

I have not used Musso Plumbing and Heating because our Administrative Board must first review all estimates. That will happen this Sunday. I can say that the plumber tech showed up exactly on-time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, and after examining the work site, and the inside of our church, where the water feed comes in, he gave me an estimate that was approved by the owner. He later followed up with a written estimate, sent by email.
