Dr O/Japanese male Dr is amazing. He is the BEST. He needs to be part of the Springville community health care. He has perfect patient interaction, a great sense of humor and very caring w on point treatment. Please keep him! The new assistant former Windsong employee is also very kind and amazing. The front desk girl was very welcoming. I give a 10+

I have needed to use this provider now twice for urgent care, due to the dwindling care and services by my own primary care physician. They have been more comforting and respectful of my time than even our own Doctors office. I would highly recommend WellNow to anyone needing medical care.

We arrived at the WellNow Urgent Care in Springville NY last night 30 minutes before they close with my 1 yr old that fell and gashed his head open on a toy. Even though they were so close to closing they did not send us to the local hospital emergency room. Instead they got us right in and were amazing with my son. The staff was so friendly and concerned. The receptionist, the nurses, the doctor, all were amazing. The facility was very modern and clean. It was 6 stitches for my little guy. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to get us through this difficult situation. Professional, caring, and kind. We are so appreciative.

Very professional, clean and prompt. Staff was extremely friendly. Kid friendly with arcade games and a slushy machine. My son broke his wrist and they were able to put a temporary cast on it. Very impressed!! My hometown Urgent care does not offer these services. No Orthopedic on call over weekends. So glad we were near your facility to use your services 🙏😊
