Fiesta Bamba

This is the best food in Springville! If you like hot and spicy then ask for a dish of their specialty hot salsa. You can even buy some to take home, but keep in mind it might just burn you twice- but its worth it. Staff is fantastic and are always welcoming. Food is served quick and ita sooo good.

Very nice Mexican restaurant with south of the border decor and motifs. Don't let the exterior look disaway you from going in as the place does not have an inviting curb appeal.

Good chips and salsa. You get one basket of chips with your meal. You'll pay for additional baskets. The food was very good. The lunch steak Fajitas ($12.50) was sizzling when it arrived at the table. I had ordered steak but received chicken, but it was taken back and received the right order after a few minutes.
The condiments were okay, but nothing special about pico de Gallo.

Single chicken enchilada with rice & bean ($10.50) was very good.

Jumbo Classic Margaritta ($11.50 - probably about 16oz), which are made in one of those large display mixers, was okay.
Service was prompt and friendly.

We had no idea that this spot was here. We had been in Ellicottville but there was an event going on in the village so it was very busy and not a lot of parking. We decided it would be easier to find a spot in Springville for lunch.

Upon entering our server was happy to serve up 2 strong and tasty margaritas and some fresh chips and salsa. We were starving so we happily snacked while we picked our meals. I ended up with the carne asada and my significant other chose the quesadilla mexicana. Both plates were loaded with food and we each had a 2nd meal for the next day. Both menu options were very flavorful and had authentic seasoning. The only thing I’ll mention is almost all of the meat was over cooked. It would have been even better if it was taken off the heat a few minutes earlier. To top it off the prices were very reasonable. Stop by and check it out if you are in the area.

This is a great place for a dinner date, or for lunch with friends. Brightly colored walls, South-of-the-Border motifs, friendly and efficient waitstaff. There's a full bar, seven kinds of margaritas, house made sangria, and the menu is seven pages long. Lots of lunch specials.
(This is the only Southern Tier restaurant I've found that offers horchata - and it comes in chilled mugs!)
The portions are generous, beautifully plated, and steaming hot. The music is cheerful Mexican pop.
I've posted a photo of my dinner which was large shrimp in a spicy green chile pepper, covered with a cream sauce. It was delicious!
