Seen on travels and finally went back! Wow! Adorable how they preserved this history of the church! Such cute primitives! A local artist had piece there we purchased! The place was set up so nice to walk thru! Pictures up top of when the church burnt super cool they kept that and have it where it actually burnt! Lady was super sweet at the register! Will be returning for cute gifts later in the year!
Stopped in on our way to dinner in Elma. Created an enjoyable shop with just about anything to add to your home or looking for that special gift! Lots of pretty smells, so if you're sensitive, limit your time. They actually came and bought things from my parents estate to use as display pieces. Amazed at what was in a basement is looking beautiful now! Theme items, especially in the Barn in the back. Check out every nook and cranny!! Loved it, great work taking an old church and making such a lovely place to shop! We're going back when we have more time to wander! BTW great landscaping and loved the old pick-up in the back by the swing!
This place is so unexpected! What a beautifully restored old church that now serves as a country/rustic store with the peaceful feeling of stepping into an old church! They have an old-fashioned popcorn machine that you can help yourself to by the front door. It had beautiful art work displayed but they are for sale. It gives the place an art gallery/museum-like atmosphere.
Friends of mine go in here all the time and encouraged me to check it out as well. So glad I did. In speaking with the owner, I found out this church has gone through many changes in its existence. Built around 1880, it's gone through a fire, purchased by a heating and cooling company as office space, and finally bought by the current owners with an amazing redo. Go into the balcony and you'll see pictures and history. it was fun to walk around and see the different things they have for sale as well as the old furniture and kitchen appliances. The owner was present and extremely helpful and interactive. A great place to go to see a bit of history.
Beautiful layout. Wonderful restoration of an old church. Craft lovers paradise. Has a little of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. I took away one star because some of the prices were somewhat unreasonable, and yes, I took into account quality and workmanship. Other items very reasonably priced. Look around. Don't let the first sticker shock stop you. I found several items that I purchased and I am very pleased with. Two buildings to go through with a lot of unique items.
