“I bought some loaded calipers and rotors for my 05 Ford Excursion. I had an issue with the rotors not wanting to fit with the calipers and brackets for my oem front calipers. I called and Tim answered on a Saturday at lunch time, even though they were closed! 🙏🤘😁 My call forwarded to his cell phone, and he could have ignored me but he didn’t. 😁 With his help, I figured out the front rotors are wider than the back. “Sitting here enjoying my iced latte and stuffed bagels while waiting for my son to get out of school, and I hear nothing but efficient teamwork going on behind me. They are making sure cars in the drive thru aren’t waiting to long, making sure when customers walk in they are greeted and someone is at the front to take care of them. I hear them taking about making sure counter is wiped down after every customer. All I have to say is this was a wonderful experience! The team dynamics I witness today are on point! “First time eating at Alton's tonight with friends and I was very impressed. For it being a diner and around dinner hour, tables and floors were very, very clean. Tables were well-spaced -- it didnt feel too crowded. The decor was tasteful. The family atmosphere, especially with the cleanliness, was so comfortable. Service was great. Food was standard diner fair, well-portioned, warm, and satisfying. I also had a delicious peppermint hot chocolate. We will be back!”
