(August 14, 2019, 10:16 am)My family has been customers of Evans Bank for over fifty years. Stopped in at the Derby Branch today because of a letter I received and wanting to opt out of. The teller was Michelena, I think :) she was kind, professional, and helped me through the process. That is what I call professionalism!
