This was my first time importing a vehicle from Canada into the US. Sharon was very helpful in answering all my questions and in reviewing all my documents. I will highly recommend hiring Cole to any of my collector friends needing to import/export a car or motorcycle to/from the US. From the very beginning of seeking help with the importing of a custom made steam boiler that was made in Canada, Cole had made the complicated process quite simplified.

Without knowing the process and required paperwork necessary for the transportation of the boiler through US and Canadian Customs my boiler would still probably be in Canada. If the process wasn’t headed up by Sharon Buckley I would have been lost. Sharon carefully guided me through all the necessary paperwork and even provided that paperwork. Sharon even saved me considerable money by requesting some special forms from the boiler manufacturer. The boiler manufacturer had imported boilers before and didn’t know of this agreement between the US and Canada. The some of monies saved basically paid for the importation and transport of my boiler.
