I not only was able to ask him plenty of questions which I feel he honestly answered, but after committing to the purchase he made sure that I felt comfortable and helped with things he knew he would have to help with. That's the great thing about Shawn --- he knows his audience. After committing to the boat he took me out and showed me the ropes, got me into a slip, tied my lines and gave great advice.
