Traveling through Hamburg NY one weekend on a visit to see grandchildren, I stumbled upon this boutique. I fell in love with everything in the store so needless to say I did not leave empty handed. A pair of earrings that I bought that day ending up being my favorite pair EVER! You know that pair you always reach for, the pair that you get complimented on every time you wear them, the pair that just go with every outfit. Anyhow, I lost one ?
It was awful! I was so so sad. After almost a full year, I stumbled upon the receipt from the purchase. Yay! Now I know the name of the store. I had remembered loving the store but the name had escaped me. One email later, the owner helped me replace those earrings and better than that.... she charged only shipping and handling. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It’s hard to come by that these days. Thank you Laura, so much. I’ll see you again some day, I’m sure of it.
