Mark from Southtowns is a first-class craftsman. I cannot recall when I was this pleased with both work ethic and workmanship.

(January 9, 2020, 1:40 pm)Service is amazing. We just bought a house and fireplace wasnot working (it was working at the time of inspection). Other company's technician try to fix the problem but they were not able to and they keep us telling to change the different parts of the fireplace or to go for new fireplace.Then we contacted Southtowns Fireplace and I spoke with Bill. He is knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He send Mark to fix the fireplace and he fixed it in no time. There was no need to replace any part or anything. Mark is also very knowledgeable in his field. I will highly recommend this business if anybody needs good knowledgeable technicians. Thanks Mark and Bill for great service!
