I came in with a major problem that passed through many cricket customer service hands with zero solutions, Ryan was extremely patient and did not give up on finding a solution AND regained my happiness in being a cricket customer. Also, Joyce Smith the ISC happened to be in the store and stepped right in to not only serve the frustrated customer. But used the moment to further train Ryan in creating a productive experience for future customers. Ryan and joy save the day!!!!!
