AMAZING place to go for primary care! Both Mary and Ginny have excellent bedside manner and answer all questions in detail. I feel safe and secure when I am there for my appointments. I can get in ASAP for sick visits and office staff is professional.
Similar to another reviewer, I was having trouble getting a hold of them by phone, however this is a much smaller practice which is understandable. For my needs, they've helpful and I really appreciate their follow up and professionalism. They were kind enough to explain what had happened and the delay I experienced made sense and was not their fault. Few places would take the time to reach out to remediate an issue and that truly meant a lot.
I have been a patient at this office for a few years . Ginny and Mary are very professional, kind and understanding. They take time with every patient and explain everything. I have never had a problem with contacting them, they return phone calls the same day. I would totally recommend this practice. It is the first time I felt comfortable at a medical office.
Mary is amazing I absolutely love the attention that you receive and the attention to detail. She is the best primary Dr I have ever had. I have referred my husband, sister & 3 of our friends to her. She truly cares. The only thing is if you need to get in for a SICK visit such as a sinus infection or cold/ flu/ gout etc. do not expect to get in fast. Expect a few days wait. Also, hours are limited. Last appointments for the day are at 2:00pm. Other than that- if you can deal with the wait AMAZING service all around!
