Know How Tours

Had lots of difficulty trying to book a trip: left 2 vm,etc. Couldn't believe the unresponsiveness, thus I'd left a horrid review. This morning Marie B. from there called to apologize and explain their difficulty: New York state opened very fast and employees either are having difficulty with day care OR don't want to rtn until Sept when their employment + xtra $300 expires. After our conversation I realize more and more companies are experiencing difficulties and I'm so grateful Marie found it imp to take time to explain situation....and....I'm happy to report, I booked a future day trip

We have been going on Know How Tours for the past couple of years. They are a wide variety of tours (day, couple or week long) to attend at a reasonable price.

The buses are nice and they normally well maintained. Seats are comfortable. Many of them have wall outlets on the seat so.you can charge your electronics. All have wifi, and bathrooms on them.

The drivers are outstanding with how they maneuver driving them.

The Tour guides are wonderful to have. They help to make sure the tour goes smooth. Many of them make the trip go quickly by playing small bus games for prizes. Some put on movies.

Used them several times for casino customer appreciation deals tons of fun. Very organized

Took young granddaughters to see Mamma Mia in Jamestown, NY. We had a wonderful time, loved the cozy bus ride, lunch and musical. The hosts (I'm horrible at remembering names, sorry) husband & wife, bus driver and tour guild were fantastic. Thank you for a memorable trip with my youngsters. Will most definitely be booking another trip
