The staff did an great job during the delivery making sure we understood how everything works. Unit was detailed to perfection.

Daryl the ownerwas great and had better prices thousand less then the other guys. Would definitely recommend you check him out. 1st
(June 20, 2020, 9:35 pm)It was a fantastic experience from start to finish with all the folks at Ballard's. We first stopped by to check out a few used models and was shown some models in our price range by Daryl, the owner. Daryl was very easy to talk to and never tried to upsell us.
After walking through a few trailers we found a couple that we liked. We headed back to the office and spoke with Kathy. She gave us more info on the trailers and then got us extremely reasonable offers for both. From there we were sold. After the paperwork Kathy set us up with an appointment the next weekend for a thorough walkthrough of the trailer.
We arrived for our walkthrough where we met John. John knew all in the ins and outs of our trailer. He taught us in a couple hours how to operate and maintain it inside and out. Seeing as this is our first trailer, it was extremely valuable to us.
It was a pleasure dealing with every person we met at Ballard's and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used RV or trailer to stop there first. You won't be disappointed. They earned a customer for life.

Not only were the owners extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but they helped us get a very affordable monthly payment on the perfect camper. Ballard's won't cut corners, won't pressure customers into a sale, and won't try to up sell customers with packages that they don't need. If you're looking to buy a new or used camper, don't go anywhere other than Ballard's!
