“Hamburg Family Medicine has a convenient location in the town of Hamburg. The staff is friendly, sometimes the phones can get backed up, but still nowhere near as badly as at Southgate Medical Group (I and my family would typically be on hold for a half hour or longer each time.) My primary physician (Dr. Masyga) is above and beyond the best doctor I've ever had. He's been my primary physician for 4 years now. He really listens to his patients and he's very personable. He has those "soft skills" when it comes to jobs that are vacant at most places you go nowadays. Absolutely a 5/5 place to go.”

“I just can’t say enough about Lakeshore Primary Care Associates. We called in the middle of the night on our first night home with our newborn. She hadn’t even had her first appointment yet. They were absolutely wonderful to us as brand new parents. They even followed up the next day to see how we were doing. We brought our baby in for her first official appointment a few days later and they were just like visiting old friends...so kind and understanding of us; not showered, frazzled, and exhausted, ha ha! Our baby finally fell asleep in the room and they turned the lights down for us and let us stay for over 30 minutes just soaking up the quiet moment and resting. I will never forget that kindness. Dr. Cook even offered advice and understanding for me about my postpartum depression, assured me that my feelings were very normal, told me about some resources I could reach out to and encouraged me to make an appointment with my doctor, and I’m not even her patient! Every appointment since has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and awesome. We see Dr. Cook primarily and she is an amazing doctor!! She entertains the zillion new-mom questions I send through the portal and has never been anything other than amazing!! ... and the staff!! Can’t say enough about everyone working in the office ... like a well-oiled machine! Efficient, professional, soooo friendly!! If you’re considering a new practice, please don’t pass them by. We’ve had an amazing experience in our 5 months with them.”
