Our experience was top notch. The quality of the work on the engines (two units of marine CAT 3406's) was impeccable.
Our dealings were done via email. We are some 2,700 miles away (in a straight line) from Lackawanna, NY. Everything went smooth. We trusted some $ 140,000 to GLAD for the two engines and its many options, and they DELIVERED all of what was agreed upon.
There are few persons or companies that still do business in the old way; based on trust and honesty. We can say GLAD and Rick Plauman is one of those.
