Flourish Cafe on Broadway

Took my son here for lunch. I thought this was a restaurant but it's more of a prepackaged food place. Nevertheless they can make you fresh smoothies and sandwiches as well as take some of the items that are packaged for to go and heat them up for you. The food is very healthy and it's all plant-based so thumbs up on that.

I believe you can get a package of meals for the week here and if I lived nearby I probably take advantage of that. Don't come here and expect a restaurant like experience, but if you just want some healthy vegan food this is your place. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area. Also I met the owner and she was super nice

Really nice vegan cafe. You can find sandwiches, bowls, smoothies, cookies and scones. They also sell grains, coffee and homemade soaps.

This is the BEST food I have ever eaten that wasn’t from my own kitchen. Whole food, plant based, and OIL FREE! I had the sweet potato black bean enchilada and the burrito bowl and they were both absolutely fantastic. I wish all food was made this way. Healthiest and best tasting food you can get and if you’re on the go it only takes a few minutes to heat up and its ready! Highly recommend to everyone. I hope this place stays open forever.

BEYOND delicious. 100% plant-based, vegan foods. The owner was extremely personable and generous- while I was in the store eating she gave one of their regulars two toys for him to take home to his sons. So sweet and a real gem for vegan, vegetarian and plant-based folks in WNY. I ordered the No Chicken Salad and the Kasia PB smoothie and was very impressed. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
