(February 28, 2018, 3:02 pm)Have to say I was feeling pretty queasy after reading all the reviews, but I was stuck because this is who Wayfair uses. VERY pleasantly surprised! Had no problem getting through to customer service. I called to confirm my appointment and was reassured I was on the schedule. Received a call from the driver 2 hours before the delivery time window, and the were at my house within minutes. Polite, friendly and expertly negotiated my piece of furniture through some narrow hallways etc. In and out in about 15 minutes max. Great Job! Nice people!
