Been going here well over 10 years. Dr. Kuehnling still has a great bedside manner. A bit rushed, but I am used to the pace and all my issues are always addressed. Front desk bears with me even when I am snarky about my check in not registering online...LOL! Everyone is friendly and professional. Recommend!
Had to wait a little bit but all in all everything was as expected.
My PCP retired last month so I decided to find my new Provider at Lancaster Medical. My initial Telemedicine visit with Emma Harrington, FNP was very productive and I was very pleased to have found a highly skilled professional as my new Primary. The office staff, especially the nursing staff are also excellent and have responded to my requests from my Patient Portal in a timely and efficient manner.
I am glad I decided to make them my new PCP office.
