Hector's Hardware

I came in for some random hardware and there was this blonde lady who really knew her stuff. She matched my screws threads with the appropriate nut with the quickness. If I had gone to Home Depot I would have been stuck struggling through this myself.
This place has the best selection of zip ties. But that’s beside the point.

The staff is always great and always helpful. Helped me on numerous times with different problems.

A young woman found reasonably priced picture hangers and longer sized nails for the hangers. I appreciate her assistance.???

Who cannot love Hector's Hardware. In this day in age of the Home Improvement stores which have no real customer service and very few employees who know what they're talkin about or even where anything is in the store, it is nice to still have at least one hardware store in the neighborhood. I guess that places like Lowe's and Home Depot are the stores of the future unfortunately. So give this Hector's on transit in Depew a try or try another one of their chain stores. They have what you need and know where it is in the store.
