Chestnut Ridge Park Commissioner's Cabin

Beautiful park and plenty of trails and activities such as fishing, hiking, biking and shelters for gatherings.

Great place for a walk and hike. Lots of paths to choose from, when walking all the way around you can choose the shorter loop (just under 4 miles) or the longer loop (over 5 miles) both are great workouts.

If you want more of an adventure, I recommend the hike through the woods.

The commissioner cabin at Chestnut Ridge County Park is a terrific site for a party. The picnic tables are sturdy and comfortable, the fireplaces are ready to use, there are outdoor grilling facilities a mini kitchen and restrooms. Add to it a beautiful location, accessible parking and a idyllic setting.

Lots of room to walk, plenty of picnic areas, public restrooms are open. Cafe at the "Casino" is open into the evening and has softserve twistee cones. Wonderful way to enjoy the cooler evenings as fall approaches.

Great place for a party! Reasonably priced in a beautiful setting, right on the water. Has a fridge, oven, sink and plenty of space to set up and serve.
