Great place to rent from, very fast to communicate and great maintenance staff!
We have been a tenant at the Country Club Manor in Williamsville NY, owned by Tri City Rentals, since 2015. This is a beautiful and well maintained apartment complex, which is quiet, safe and well managed. We have never had any issues with other tenants or the management. Stacey and Mary Lou in the front office are generous and affable who are willing to help. Their maintenance department is top notch who fix and replace stuff without issues and free of cost. Their snow cleaning is exemplary too.
I would highly recommend this community.
Tri-City Rentals, specifically Country Club Manor Apartments, is an ideal place to live. Starting with the clubhouse staff, Stacey and Marylou make living here a breeze. Any questions or concerns I may have, they address immediately and make me feel welcome at all times. Additionally, the maintenance team is professional and respectful— whether fixing something in my place or passing them while they’re maintaining the grounds, I’m always impressed with their work ethic and demeanor. As for my apartment, it is top-of-the-line and just the right size for me. I sometimes forget I live in an apartment complex because I never have any noise issues and truly feel at home when I’m here. My favorite part of my unit is my back porch because I have my own National Park! I see deer, squirrels, rabbits, and cardinals on a daily basis— a nice perk for my cat! For anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful community to live in, I would highly recommend Country Club Manor. When you live at Country Club Manor, you get the best location, amazing amenities, and awesome people (neighbors and staff!). Definitely 5/5 stars!
I have been a tenant in the Country Club Manor apartment complex of Tri City Rentals for 3 years and I have been very happy with my apartment, the grounds (well kept and beautifully landscaped), and all maintenance needs. The current manager Stacy does an outstanding job connecting with all the tenants, listening and immediately responding to any maintenance or other concerns and generally just being great to deal with. The monthly rent is very reasonable and the location is central to so much - not far from the airport, close to Wal-Mart, and key for me - allow pets.
