(September 21, 2022, 4:43 pm)We took took advantage of the coupon offer to have our air conditioning system and furnace inspected for a very reasonable cost. The technician, Anthony, took his time to thoroughly inspect our systems, adjust the fan to increase air flow, and let us know that the furnace sound indicated some wear, but should be good for the winter, so we didn’t need to replace it now. Anthony was a really friendly tech who provided an explanation as he went through the check up and assured us we’d receive an email explanation re: his findings/ recommendations. I greatly appreciated his honesty. That check up will probably reduce our utility bills. If you note any malfunction, or want a reassuring check up of your heating/ cooling systems, definitely call Roy’s.

They installed a complete high efficiency radiant boiler, a power vent hot water heater and a Heat Pump/ AC Split System in my home… I never write reviews, however Roy’s is something exceptional. Chris Dave and Jeff took the time to go over the scope of the project in full detail, not an easy task with my experience. The crews were timely and completed some of the best installation work I’ve seen in a long time… These systems have been up for a year now… here comes the best part… They stand behind their work.. Annual service and any maintenance has been of the same quality and expertise…
You cannot compare, this group is the best…
(August 25, 2022, 9:34 pm)Been a Roy’s Customer for 5 years and they have not disappointed yet. We had a leak in our wall mounted air conditioner unit this week. Tech came out and did a great job cleaning both units to stop the leak. Besides being very informative he entertained my 5 year old “supervising” his work. He actually gave my grandson some tasks and he was thrilled. This kind of service is from a cultural in which the company is focused on people.
(August 5, 2022, 9:51 pm)I called Roy's first when my bathroom faucet was leaking. They came right over and fixed the issue quickly. When I needed a new furnace, I once again called Roy's. They again came over quickly and scheduled a new furnace to be installed within days. They did a great job. Very clean installation and left no mess behind. They walked me through everything they did, installed all new smoke decectors and new thermostat. Very professional and nice! Highly recommend!
(May 13, 2022, 2:37 pm)Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Roy’s. From the initial diagnoses, to the sales consultation and installation, the process was easy and flawless. My furnace stopped working unexpectedly and Roy’s was able to get a new furnace and AC unit installed within a week. They also installed a new thermostat and smoke detectors. Everyone I worked with was professional and kind. Not many business left that truly prioritize customer service, and I’m so happy o chose Roy’s for my heating and cooling needs. Customer for life here!
