Was informed of the process thru every step of the way. Pat was on back order. And I was told so. It was available exactly when advised. My car went in for the convertible roof replacement repair right away and the work was done professionally and timely. Kudos. Would recommend without reservation.

Followup... a manufacturer issue on the convertible roof caused me some concern. I called Casullo's and they corrected the issue immediately. I repeat my previous statement. I would not hesitate to recommend this location.

The staff went out of their way to fit me onto their schedule and add a hitch to my car just before the 4th of July holiday. This allowed me to take my new wave runner to the lake with my family. They did a great job, and the hitch looks perfect. I would highly recommend them.

Didn’t have to wait long for appointment. Staff is experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The removal and replacement of needed parts was done the day of the troubleshooting since parts were in stock. Even the bathroom was clean! Price was fair. This was my first visit. I’ll be back.
