“Love Mooney's!!. We have been to all but two of the Mooney's locations....we plan on going to the other two within this year. Kenmore location is our usual go to...but if take out we have been finding Main Street more consistent with quality of food. But this past Friday we tried Military Road out for two grilled chicken Caesar salads and they were the best we have ever gotten from this location! Very generous on the romaine lettuce compared to other times....much improved hoping this becomes the normal....it's what we were accustomed to when they 1st opened. Tonawanda location is also good.”

“About 10 days ago I visited because of a slow leak in a tire. It was determined that I needed to replace the tire. Since I always had heard that one should replace tires in pairs, I raised that dreaded possibility with Charlie who was in charge that day. While he understood my perspective, looking at the other tires, he saw how he could do some tire rotation and it would be fine to purchase just the one tire. I must admit that I appreciate such integrity and we'll certainly continue my long history of returning to that location for servicing my cars, where, regardless of who is the supervisor or manager on a given day, I will be given advice that keeps my family safe, and helps us struggle through our budgeting in these difficult times. My hats off, but not my mask, to Charlie and Monro!”

“Nothing but great things to say about this place. They have five or six open Bays but they do not take appointments. They said to swing by and I'll give me an estimate on the spot and if I want the work they'll do the work on the spot. Their parking lot was pretty much packed but when the gentleman came out to meet me at my car they told me there was only one person in front of me that needs exhaust work done. They're extremely professional, the shop was extremely clean, and I'm telling you these guys were exhaust artist. I don't know if these guys had to go to college to learn exhaust work or what but it is absolutely professional and top-notch work. They were out there with rulers and levels and all kinds of rubber bushings to have equal and proper spacing between the exhaust tips in the bumper it was the real deal. And to boot the guy knew more about exhaust and I did... and that's saying a lot because I'm an automobile enthusiastic. They have a million different styles of tips in stock so don't even bother looking for your own online, they will have what you need and it will be extremely high quality stainless steel. They treated me extremely well and they were all well spoken. I will hands down come here every single time I need something done with my exhaust from now on. I'm really glad that all of the local performance shops and some of my friends told me to check the Mufflerman out.”

The owner is not only a fine, friendly and affable fellow but quite knowledgeable and attuned to most any musical genre. Cozy establishment with many treasures to discover within the very friendly, comfortable atmosphere. One could spend much time just browsing and exploring all the music and movies he has to offer. The owner’s commitment to assist customers did not only extend above and beyond my expectations for this establishment but well exceeded them. Must admit, personally, I was quite happy to discover his refusal to display an products representing Barry Manilow! An enormous plus if you ask me!
