This veterinary clinic is the very best. My cat, Tabitha, had been very sick for four months but my old vet hadn't diagnosed her correctly. I found Brighton Eggert quite by chance when looking for emergency service last Saturday night. Tabitha was getting worse and worse and I was scared to death. To my surprise, I actually got an appointment for that emergency visit so no waiting. The vet I saw was Dr. Mahoney and she nailed it immediately.
Tabitha and I are now clients and she is recovering beautifully.
They have 13 vets, great office hours, and emergency services available on Sunday.
You cant ask for more or better care for our beloved pets than Brighton Eggert!
One last thing, Dr. Mahoney is not only a very knowledgeable vet but very sweet and caring. I just love her.

Would recommend Brighton Eggert to any dog owner, in particular Dr. Bertini. She is absolutely amazing. She is sweet, gentle with our dog, knowledgeable & thorough, everything a dog owner wants in a vet. She explains everything so well, is honest, and gives her recommendations on treatment & care. She even follows up after sick visits with a phone call. We leave feeling cared for & never feel like our dog is “just another patient” which is hard to find especially in a large clinic like this. We trust her very much with our dogs care. We have had encounters with other vets at this clinic & have received good care from them too. The assistants are also wonderful - they are very welcoming of our boxer’s slobbery kisses.

The lovely ladies—especially Dr. Sinclair— at Brighton Eggert clinic saved our tetchy old cat’s darn life. We brought her in at death’s door during emergency hours, staggering around, unable to eat or drink. Dr. Sinclair recommended an IV drip for a few nights and we felt we had to give our gal Fred a shot. She did it and took her new meds for her now-diagnosed kidney disease and seemed better—then got worse again. We took her home for one last day before we planned to put her to sleep as we were largely out of options. And somehow this cat came back. She takes daily meds prescribed by her vet and we get lots of liquid into her. She’s entirely herself again, loafing all day, cuddling on the couch, begging for fancy wet food. It’s not cheap, and that stinks when it comes to vet care anywhere, but I think elsewhere would have been even more expensive. Thanks so much for saving our tetchy ole shelter gal Fred 🥰

The client relations representative and vet tech were very attentive to me and my senior kitties, Teddy and Buster - both of whom are diabetic. Dr. Nicholas Rand is a thorough, professional, and kind-hearted veterinarian who always takes time to answer my questions and address my pets' needs. I would (and do) highly recommend him!

I have been coming here for about a year. A cat that my husband and I took in has been coming here her entire life. Shes an older girl with kidney issues, so we come often. We love this vet. They are so good at what they do - the offices are immaculate, they are super organized and they always get us in for appointments in a timely manner.
The vets and techs have all been very nice, patient and just exceptional with my little old cat. They take the time to really explain everything and look her over good. Today we saw Doctor Spires and she's one of my favorite vets yet! She was super nice and sweet to Cookie, cleaned her ears up good and found the cause of her ear troubles.
They are a bit on the pricey side, but they are worth it. They are also good about giving quotes and making sure I'm okay with whatever they want to do before they do it. They offer the paw plan and a prescription plan, which helps immensely. They are like a literal hospital for animals. I absolutely trust them with our cat. Highly recommend - we've had nothing but good experiences here!
I should also mention their hours. They're open way later than most other offices I've seen - so I don't have to miss work when I take her. They also have weekend hours. This really is a great practice to be a client at. Heaven forbid there's an emergency with Cookie, I know I can call them.
