“Incredibly Professional, Kind and Skilled Dentist Office I'm someone that hasn't been to the dentist in over a decade because I was terrified after a really bad incident. However I had some bad toothache and needed a new dentist. The first time I called Paula was incredibly understanding and kind while I explained my interests in becoming a new patient. The first day I was there, I needed a root canal and even though I was having an internal melt down, Dr. Warner was incredibly kind and professional and Paula even held my hand while I got my numbing shots. During that procedure, there wasn't any pain or issues and I left feeling like "Wow... maybe the dentist isn't too bad?" The Dental Assistant (I sincerely apologize for not remembering the name) was incredible too. She continuously asked me if I was alright throughout the procedure and both her and Dr. Warner told funny stories to make it all significantly more engaging. Fast forward to today when I had to come back for part 2 of the root canal. Same exact treatment. They had a very organized procedure in place for Covid so I felt safe going into the establishment. It's very clean and tidy as well. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional and skilled once again. The root canal was nowhere as terrifying as I had been imagining all week. We finished the root canal easy peasy and I was incredibly impressed by Dr. Warner, Melissa and Paula and for the first time in a decade actually looking forward to my next dental appointment. I definitely recommend this place if you're not a big fan of dentists and am really grateful for the consideration they showed when they didn't have to. 10/10 stars.”
