Brian is professional and friendly and the company is easy to reach and helpful. If something is not right, they work quickly to make it so. Would use them for any personal needs as well!

My favorite feature the offer is the tracking numbers with each order so you can track your order every step of the way. Highly responsive, and very helpful.

Brian is extremely helpful. He came out with a sample chair and fitted my son for what was exactly right for him. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided several different options, detailing the differences and determining specific parts that will meet my son’s individual needs. He walked us through the entire process, including working with my son’s physical therapist to ensure the justification letter was detailed and included the relevant information needed for timely processing. Brian kept me updated on the status of our order throughout the entire process. I’ll never use another company for our wheelchair needs!
