Jen was the best sales person I have ever engaged with. She was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and very patient. She was extremely helpful with our RV purchase and was able to get us an even better deal than we had imagined possible. I would recommend Buffalo RV to anyone in the country interested in finding a reputable dealer to buy their RV. They will work harder than anyone else to get you the RV you want. Hands down 5 out of 5 stars.

Jason Jones was absolutely phenomenal. We have been looking at a few locations and he hands down beat all of them in customer service. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Not once did I feel like I was being scammed or pressured into something I didn't want. Can't wait to join the Buffalo RV family!

They are investing in the facility and the staff and it shows. Great place and awesome staff.

Not pleased with the service department, specifically Ryan. We dropped off our motorhome in early June for work on the slideouts. Some time later, Ryan told us that parts would need to be ordered from Jayco. A month later we called Ryan, who apologized for the "ball being dropped" and the parts were not ordered. Another month later and Ryan was going to check. It is now the end of October 2020 and still no callback from Ryan. We have now taken the RV to Iron Horse in San Antonio for the required repairs.
